The objectives of the course are to provide strong foundation in fundamental physics and to equip them with innovative approaches including the integration of IT in Physics teaching. The online course material is provided to help the candidate to prepare himself in the advance for the forthcoming lecture. It will also help the candidate to judge the depth to which a particular topic will be dealt in the corresponding class-room lecture. A list of selected reading references is provided along with so that the candidates can improve upon the online course content by themselves using the exhaustive reading material provided in these references.
